About the Role

The Industrial Electrical Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for supervising total industrial electrical construction efforts to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, and contractual requirements. This role plans, coordinates, and oversees onsite industrial operations including scheduling, material control, and support staff, while providing leadership and direction to electrical craft workers, foremen, and subcontractors. The position provides technical support through interpretation of electrical drawings and specifications, recommends appropriate industrial construction methods and equipment, prepares estimates and documentation for change orders and extra work, and manages labor productivity, material and equipment utilization, and overall contractual performance of assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years combined project management and estimating experience in industrial electrical construction.

  • Journeyman or Master Electrical License strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience supervising industrial electrical craft workers and subcontractors.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, construction methods, NEC requirements, contracts, estimating, scheduling, and safety practices.

  • Proficient computer skills with experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background, MVR, and post-offer screening requirements.
